Overhead Squat (5 x 2)

Perform 5 sets of 2 reps at 90% of your 1RM

Snatch Warm-up (No Measure)

One round of:

5 x Snatch Grip Deadlifts

5 x Snatch Pulls (High)

5 x Muscle Snatch

5 x Behind the neck Press

5 x Snatch Balance

5 x Snatch

Snatch (10 x 1)

Begin at 50% of your 1RM, built to a heavy single lift for today. This should be around 95-100% of your current PR, or maybe a little more if you are moving well and feeling strong. Only increase weight if your mechanics are correct throughout the lift.
