Warm-up (No Measure)
Warm-up – 2 Rounds
2 x Duck Walks (10m widths)
10 Pass Throughs
10 OHS with Broomstick
Overhead Squat (5 x 5)
In a 15 minute window, perform 5 sets of 5 reps at around 80% of your 1RM.
Cindy (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Do not use a band for the pull-ups, use a Barbell attached to the Rig or Ring Rows. Keep a tight midsection throughout every set.
Use a band around your elbows for the push-ups, if you need one.
