200m Run

12 Wall Balls

12m Walking Lunge

Then…

4 x Monster Walks

5 x Pause Goblet Squats

Back Squat (5 x 5)

Aim to beat your previous 5 x 5 weight, check WODify before you begin.

Dracarys (Time)

For time:

100 Burpees

100 Air Squats

*Every 3 minutes, run 200m.
