Build to 80-85% of your 1RM Clean.

Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes, 8 sets.

Perform:

1 Squat Clean + 3 Front Squats

*Weight stays the same through the set.

10 Single Arm Push Press, DB or KB

22.5kg / 15kg (5 each Arm)
