Handstand Walk (Distance)
Spend 15 minutes working on your Handstand Walk, for max distance.
Scaling Options:
Beginner:
6 x 30 Second C2W Handstand Hold
5 x 20 Push-up Position Shoulder Taps
Intermediate:
3 x 60 Second C2W Handstand Hold
3 x 10 second Single-Arm Handstand Hold
5 x 10 Hand Lift-offs
Rx:
5 x 20 Shoulder Taps / Wall Runs
Partner Assisted Handstand Walks
Thruster Endurance Training (Weight)
EMOM 20 (10 Rounds)
Min 1: 10 Thrusters
Min 2: 10 Burpees
Score equals weight used, choose wisely…
Weight stays the same throughout the workout.
You must achieve 10 unbroken Thrusters each round.
Tip: Go lighter than you think you need to, that’s 100 reps.
