Squat Clean (1RM)
In a 20 minute window, build to a 1RM Squat clean. Begin around 50% of your 1RM, only increase in weight with correct mechanics and good form.
Power Clean (1RM)
Only to be used as a scaling option, if you complete a Power Clean instead of a Squat Clean. (Above paralell)
