Front Squat (1RM)
Take 20 minutes to build to a heavy single front squat. This doesn’t have to be maximal, but if you’re feeling good, then try for a PR.

Min 1: 10 Thrusters 42.5kg / 30kg
Min 2: 10 Chest to Bar
Min 3: 10 Burpees
Rx+ = 50kg / 35kg
Use this as a training piece for the upcoming Open workout.
