1 x Duck Walk

Deadlift (3 x 10)

Aim to be at your previous best 3 x 10, if you feel you can go heavier, do so (But only with perfect form) Roughly 70% of your 1RM.

5 Power Cleans 70kg / 50kg

7 HSPU

9 DB Push Press 22.5kg/15kg

Rx+ = Strict HSPU
