4 x Monster Walks

5 x Pause KB Goblet squats (3 sec)

Back Squat (10RM)

In a 15 minute window, establish a 10RM. Warm-up with sets of 2-3 reps to get your body conditioned to the weight. Aim for around 75-85% of your current 1RM.
