We sat down with Tim to chat about his experience so far…

What have you achieved since starting with Euphonic?

The results I have achieved in just 5 months at CrossFit Euphonic have been amazing. I’ve lost 11kgs from 91kg down to 80kg, whilst losing body fat and building muscle mass. My Resting Heart Rate is down from 88bpm to 70bpm.

What effect have your results had on your life?

My life benefits are improved sleep quality, more energy during the day and increased motivation to achieve life goals.

Why do you think Euphonic has such a high success rate of results?

When you walk in the door and give 100%, the coach gives back 100% back, so we work together to achieve great results.

What do you think of the atmosphere and team ethos at Euphonic?

Great team environment that encourages everyone to achieve their best.

Before joining, did you have any fears or worries that may have put you off joining a Strength and Conditioning program like this?

I had a fear that I was not an endurance athlete and would struggle with a 1 hour workout. I have learnt this is not the case and I now enjoy the challenge of each session. I would highly recommend Euphonic and advocate that goals can be achieved on both a physical and mental level.

Since joining Euphonic in January I have achieved much more than weight loss and muscle strength, far more than I expected and in such a short time frame.
